Our response to Covid-19

 
 

At Waterlily Wellness, we’re taking the following precautions to ensure everyone’s safety:

  • Each room in the office has a HEPA air filter and is aired for 30+ minutes between patients

  • Every surface (treatment table, chairs, desk, basket, hooks, door handles, heat lamp, and space heater controls) is disinfected between patients

  • All linens are changed between patients and washed on the sanitize cycle

  • The entrance area is disinfected up to 3 times a day

  • Patient arrival times are staggered to limit interaction and the waiting area is closed (we ask that patients wait in their car if they arrive early)

  • Each patient receives a symptom screening and a temperature check upon arrival

  • Everyone is required to wear a mask at all times inside the office and treatment rooms (if a mask does not seem to render enough protection, or someone forgets their mask, we will provide a disposable surgical mask)

  • Kathia gets tested frequently, takes her temperature daily, and attests to not having any COVID-related symptoms before arriving at the office

  • PPE and scrubs are worn by Kathia at all times in the office

  • Kathia washes her hands frequently throughout the day and uses hand sanitizer before and after every patient interaction
