Our response to Covid-19
At Waterlily Wellness, we’re taking the following precautions to ensure everyone’s safety:
Each room in the office has a HEPA air filter and is aired for 30+ minutes between patients
Every surface (treatment table, chairs, desk, basket, hooks, door handles, heat lamp, and space heater controls) is disinfected between patients
All linens are changed between patients and washed on the sanitize cycle
The entrance area is disinfected up to 3 times a day
Patient arrival times are staggered to limit interaction and the waiting area is closed (we ask that patients wait in their car if they arrive early)
Each patient receives a symptom screening and a temperature check upon arrival
Everyone is required to wear a mask at all times inside the office and treatment rooms (if a mask does not seem to render enough protection, or someone forgets their mask, we will provide a disposable surgical mask)
Kathia gets tested frequently, takes her temperature daily, and attests to not having any COVID-related symptoms before arriving at the office
PPE and scrubs are worn by Kathia at all times in the office
Kathia washes her hands frequently throughout the day and uses hand sanitizer before and after every patient interaction
