Daise will be offering several short meditation sessions between 12pm and 1:30pm. These sessions will consist of 5 minutes of meditation followed by 15 minutes of discussion. Stop by any time during that interval and join in to learn more about meditation or just to take a few minutes in your day to feel centered again.
This event is free - it’s an opportunity to meet Daise and learn about the kind of meditation that she will be offering in the future.
