Designed to complement acupuncture, somatic work, and nervous system regulation, Sensual Flex & Floor Flow is an intimate, slow-tempo movement series designed to shift the body from labor to liberation. Moving on the floor reduces structural load, allowing you to map your nervous system, release deep-seated physical tension, and expand mobility without force or rigid choreography. Grounded in pole dance and sensual movement lineage, this practice offers a gentle space to unblock tension and restore fluid movement to the joints (no poles here!).
No prior movement or dance experience required—all bodies are welcome.
